Software Licence Agreement

This agreement governs use of the Membership Pro Windows application.

Licence grant

Computer Aided Business Systems grants the purchaser a perpetual licence to use Membership Pro on the licensed machine, subject to activation and validation rules.

Restrictions

You may not modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, rent or sublicense the software or generated licence files except where required by law.

Machine-bound activation

Perpetual licences are tied to the submitted Machine ID. Transfers may be requested through support or the customer portal.
